Introduction

I recently finished reading Rated By Melissa Grey. It’s an intriguing dystopian fiction that follows six students on their journey to realize the unfairness of the society they live in. The students follow clues that lead them to uncover the truth behind the society they live in. Read this book review to find out more about this book and what I think of it.

Story

This book is presented from six different perspectives, all of which are students in a school that lives in a society where people are rated, the higher their rating is, the more valued they are in society. The lower their rating is, the lower their value is. When the school is vandalized, those six students each discover clues that lead them to find each other. Together, they follow the clues which make. Throughout their journey, they discover the unfairness of their society and are given a chance to try to change it.

Opinion

I like this book since it explains the state of society in the book very clearly, it makes you feel like you are in the book. This book also uses multiple different points of view so that we can take clues from each different perspective. This book has multiple scenes that contained suspense and mystery. If you’re into dystopian fiction books where it shows what might happen to current society in the near future, I recommend this book to you. I rate this book 5 stars because it includes multiple suspense and mystery scenes and gives a glimpse of what society might look like in the future.
